PUBLIC NOTICE SEALED BID FOR SALE OF LAND
The City of West Fork, Arkansas, is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following described property:
Parcel No.: 775-39162-000 Acreage: 2.817 acres Subdivision: Homestead Location: Greenland, Arkansas
Disclaimer: Pursuant to requirements of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, please note that the above-described property was previously used as a decentralized wastewater treatment facility.
Each bid must include the bidder’s name, mailing address, phone number, and total bid amount.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID” and received no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 30.
Bids may be delivered to: City Administration Office 164 N Centennial Ave. West Fork, AR
Or mailed to: P.O. Box 339 West Fork, AR 72774
Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
The City of West Fork reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
