CITY OF WEST FORK RESIDENTS ONLY

**** MUST BRING UTILITY BILL AND IDENTIFICATION****

This will be a CONTACTLESS drop off. Participants will be required to unload their own items.

· The City does not provide curbside pickup. Items must be delivered.

· Drop off area located at City Yard – 134 S. Campbell Ave.

· Limit one (1) pick-up or trailer load per household.

· Residential only- NO COMMERCIAL

· Loose items must be bagged or bundled

Only CITY RESIDENTS will be allowed to participate in the clean-up. Items will not be accepted if you do not have a utility bill and Id!!!!!!!!

Items not accepted: paint, tires, batteries, appliances with Freon, household trash, and yard waste.
